With almost 1,900 square feet of stylish, open-concept living space, Bear Paw is a stunning 3-bedroom, all en-suite, 3.5-bathroom condo thoughtfully designed to accommodate one or two families with the utmost comfort and privacy. It easily sleeps 8 and can accommodate up to 12. All new furniture in the living room surrounds a roaring fireplace designed for any type of entertaining. The primary bedroom boasts a brand new king bed as well as a queen sofa sleeper. A custom bunk room offers a queen bed and a queen sofa sleeper in addition to two lofted beds and a T.V..
A Fully Equipped Kitchen
The kitchen at Bear Paw Bliss is thoughtfully outfitted for convenience and ease. It features high-quality appliances, including a Keurig coffee machine and an air fryer, so you can easily prepare everything from morning coffee to gourmet meals.
Rare Walk-out Patio Location
The walk out patio enables outdoor living and dining amongst the trees. A larger than typical patio space is outfitted with a large seating area, firepit, BBQ and in the summer, an outdoor dining area. This well-equipped space allows you to relax surrounded by aspens, evergreens, and in the summer, wildflowers.

Cool in the Summer
There is no need for air conditioning in this north facing condo. The patio is shaded all day; most rooms have fans and large windows mean guests can let in the cool mountain air in the evenings.
Dog Friendly!
Well behaved, potty trained dogs with nicely clipped nails (to avoid floor damage) are accepted. Cats and other animals are not allowed. Guests must disclose in advance they are bringing a dog. A $50 per night non refundable pet fee applies. Maximum 1 dog accepted, must be 40 pounds or less.

Rental Agreement
All reservations are required to have a signed rental agreement on file with Vail Butler in order to be considered confirmed. Rental agreements will be reviewed and signed digitally. Depending upon the booking channel on which you reserved, this agreement is likely to be shared in a follow up email.
Check In Instructions:
Check in instructions and/or a home guide will be sent to guests via a text message link 72 and 24 hours prior to arrival. Guests must ensure a valid cell phone number is on file. Otherwise, check in instructions will not be received.

Please note the booking fee and credit card processing fee are non refundable and are due at the time of booking.
