Perfect location for my wife and 2 young kids for a stress free, weekend getaway. Highly recommended! Right across the road from the sand, lake and beach aswell as short walk to a number of cafes/ restaurants. Already looking to book another weekend away here 😁

Sandy Corner - Avoca Beach

This little treasure is hard to beat! Very well appointed, with everything you need during your stay.The position is gorgeous, steps from the beautiful Avoca Beach. Close to all shops with a short walk to the Surf Club, with many Cafes to choose from.We would highly recommend this accommodation.

Excellent cottage, great fam getaway for families with young kids. Such a classy and quiet place to relax. Beach, children park, and restaurants in walkable distance. Hannah and Mark were helpful and kind enough to give complementary drinks. Overall, well maintained property and I highly recommend.

Fantastic and cosy property in an ideal location. The cottage has everything that you need with the beach at your doorstep. Plenty of restaurants and cafes around the corner and Mark the owner couldn't have been more helpful. Highly recommended!

Prefect relaxing lottle get away

This cute property was in an amazing location. Was a perfect little get away. The neighbours were so friendly and helpful the location is walking distance to shops and restaurants and directly across from the beach and lake. The owner has great communication and the property is so welcoming i would love to come back again.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandy Corner, the property is beautiful and very modern. The bed is super comfy and the whole place is fitted out very tastefully. The television is great with Netflix available to watch too. It is situated right by the beach and is in an area which make exploring the central coast very easy. If we were to return to the area we would look to book here again. Thank you for a great stay

This property was just perfect! The position gave amazing views across to the beach, walk up the street to the shops which had amazing choice to eat at and the people in Avoca Beach were so friendly. The property itself was cozy and had everything you need for a relaxing time away.

Avoca Beach

The property is in a lovely location. there are local cafes and restaurants within walking distance and great beach and lagoon access for us and our dog. It is the perfect size for two people and all needs are accommodated. It was lovely surprise to get the drinks and chocolates left by the owners.

Everything we imagined

A cosy, clean and light filled beach retreat with everything we needed. We had a great time kayaking on our doorstep. Friendly and helpful service from Mark and Hannah, even throughout our stay with any questions and recommendations. We have already booked our next stay here in February!
