"A great hotel, clean, freah and modern looking. The room was clean and everything worked, great to see a fridge so you have a cool drink on your balcony. A roof terrace in which to sunbathe and chill. A cozy pool and wellness area. Free parking, Breakfast gave a amazing choice from cereal, cooked, fruit and the plenty of bread and ham and cheeses, juices, sweets and coffee. Staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. "We stayed in the lovely two bedroom apartment belonging to the hotel with our two daughters. Clean, well appointed and perfect location (just across the road from the hotel).
Staff were friendly, helpful and very accommodating. I can’t praise them enough.
Limited parking out front but again staff went out of there way and managed to squeeze my car in.
Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety of choice.

"For a 3 star hotel, this is top tier. Everything you need, closest to the lake you'll get and the bed has so far been the best during my Italy trip. It is a bit dated, but that's expected and acceptable. The price is moreso the luxury of proximity than facilities. The breakfast was as good as a 5 star hotel. Would go here again if in Malcesine."
