「ホテルはÁvila Bus StationからもEstacion Avilaからもとても近いので、タクシーを使わず徒歩でたどりつくことができます。そしてバスセンターや駅から近いにも関わらず周囲は1日中静かなので、ぐっすり眠ることができます。観光名所のある旧市街へも、散歩を楽しみながら10分くらい歩けばすぐに行けます。 ホテルの朝食は美味しく種類も充実しています。 また観光から帰ってお腹がすき何か食べたい時には、親切なホテルのカフェが待っています。スペイン語でオーダーできない私たちでしたが、カフェのスタッフたちはとてもフレンドリーで、お酒も食べ物もおいしく、特に彼らが見繕ってくれたタパスは素晴らしかった。家庭的でホッとする優しい味でした。どうもありがとう！ 実は私がこのホテルを使うのは3回目でしたが、毎回スタッフの温かいもてなしにほっとして「また来たい」と感じます。 モダンなホテルが好きな方には向かないのかもしれませんが、私はアビラのこの親切なホテルが大好きです。そのため、大好きなアビラを観光する時はもちろんセゴビアや近くの観光地に行く時にも、レイナイザベルを利用しています。」

「Beautifully renovated, boutique hotel with only a few bedrooms. The pool is the most beautiful area, facing the wall of Avila and the restaurant of the hotel is excellent. Staff is outstanding.」

「Another very enjoyable weekend stay in one of my favourite hostals! Same lovely friendly staff gave me the quiet rear room I requested. Much appreciated as there was a very noisy (but enjoyable) street festival over the 2 days! This is a very traditional, spotlessly clean Spanish hostal in an older (1888) building but everything is well maintained with great shower and new furniture. Slap bang in the historic centre so can walk everywhere. 30 minutes on foot from the train and bus terminals. ...

「Como admite mascotas, mi perro pudo quedarse conmigo sin problema (siempre que no ladren y no muerdan cosas pueden estar). La habitación, muy luminosa y alegre; me tocó una triple, de modo que grande y con armario espacioso; con TV y mesa con silla. También un ventilador de pie, que utilicé la segunda de las dos noches de mi estancia. Con vistas desde el balcón (más bien ventana muy grande) a la calle Comuneros de Castilla, peatonal.」
