"Nice location, clean rooms and friendly staff. Overall we enjoyed our stay. The evenings were unfortunately quite loud. We could always hear noises from the rooms around us, us well as a steady loud pump of music coming from the kitchen each night. One night in particular there was a wedding onsite in the courtyard/ at the restaurant- I have no problem with a bit of noise of celebration… But the noise was extreme. Not a restful evening of sleep in the slightest. Kept me from sleeping. We also utilized the spa one evening which was just okay. We only used about 45min of our 1.5h time slot. The hot tub was cold and shower temperatures would fluctuate significantly within seconds."

"I really cannot speak any higher about the cleanliness of this property. Every aspect of it is very well maintained, but I did feel a wee bit of an institutional vibe to the property. The lights are really bad in the rooms. Even the small lights blast light through the room. So you either have a room that is very bright or choose to stay in the dark. It’s not a relaxing mood. As for everything else, there are great options for eating and grocery shopping. The staff are all very friendly and cordial. Just maybe get a few lamps for the rooms and an area rug…other than that it is fantastic."

"The owner was fantastic. Very friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean and quiet. The only area of issue was hot water. The water never got hot. Warm, but not hot."

Condo with all the amenties that make you feel at home away from home.However, we would like to suggest: 1) turning A/C before guest arrival so it not so hot in apt (2) 3rd bedroom/office needs another mattress on bed (very uncomfortable and flat)(3)more than 1 key (4) add to directions (4a)whether or not guest can consume water from tap or consume bottle water in refrigerator--we used bootle water but replaced it. Also refrigerator did have a few spots that needed cleaning (4b) add directions to change language on TV (4c) add check out time on direction sheet so all guest can see it (4d) add to the directions where washer/dryer is located and broom (4e) 2nd bedroom needed to be dusted and mopped"

"It's been over 21 years since we left Aviano where we were stationed for almost four years and our oldest son was born. The location was great as we wanted to go eat and see the places we used to visit. The apartment was perfect for that. Overall, a good stay as the apartment had everything we needed including a stocked expresso machine. Getting into the main door at the top of the stairs was a bit tricky the first time..."
