「I’ve not always had the best experiences with EconoLodge but this one in Yankton I would call a diamond in the rough. I paid more than I do to stay in other Yankton locations but I wanted this side of town enough to splurge and take a risk with this chain. The Yankton EconoLodge is worth the extra and then some. I admit I had initial disappointment in having special requested ahead for a ground floor room since there’s no elevator and one in my party cannot handle stairs but was glad they found...

「The location was perfect for a weekend wedding in town. Within walking distance of everywhere we needed to be.」

「This property is beautiful and the cabin provides great space for family of all ages to spend time together. We made meals together and everything we needed was there. Very clean and well maintained cabin with layout that makes traveling with multiple families and ages comfortable. Enjoyed the trails - and hope we can explore trails even more in future stays.」

「I love this property- let me start with that! The rustic feel, the amazing bathtub and the sound of wooden floors! I have stayed here before. But this time the price was nearly double. And I take responsibility for not paying attention to the price breakdown. I expected a cleaning fee and taxes, but did not expect the fees to be double the nightly room fees. For those fees, I would have expected the room to not have dust on the ceiling fans, dirty floors, walls, etc… they should take that...

「This was our third stay. We have visited in winter, fall, and summer. Each stay has been wonderful. I can’t describe how clean and comfortable this rental is. It belongs in an HGTV magazine! The hosts have thought of everything guests might need in all areas of the home. We had 6 adults plus and a set of 7 year old twins. The “treehouse” type bunk beds were so fun for the twins! The “old folks” stayed downstairs and the young ones had the upstairs where they could visit later into the evening....

「We stayed here for our daughter’s wedding in downtown Yankton. It was perfect because it was within walking distance. The apartment itself was very clean. Hallways and stairway leading to the property were a little dirty, especially the carpets. We had multiple units in this building reserved. This particular one was not quite as up to date with furnishings and decor as others. But still a very comfortable place to stay. I would definitely return, especially for a downtown Yankton event.」

There are quite a few stairs to reach the unit, but that wasn’t a problem for us. Overall, a great stay. I’d definitely stay again for a downtown Yankton event.」
