İlk ve son konaklayışım...

Hotels.com'dan rezv. ve ödeme yapmama rağmen dakikalarca rezv. kaydımı bulamadılar. Dosyalar karışmış. Odanın balkonundaki sandalyeler küflenmiş ve berbat kokuyordu. Resep.daki bir bayanın soğuk bir yüz ifadesiyle bizleri karşılaması otel hakkında bilgi vermesi ve giriş kartını kaybedersek 10 $ ücretinin olduğunu sert bir tavırla belirtmesi çok üzücü. Genel olarak tesis sanki bir kurumun yaz kampı gibi, bakımsız bazı personeller çok lakayt. Hele gece 21-22 den sonraki yakınlardaki disco'nun açılması ve sabaha kadar çok gürültülü müzik sesi işkence gibiydi. Otelden çıkışta ekstra su ücretini de ödeyip çıktıktan sonra genel çıkış kapısında sanki tahliye olan mahkumun doyasının kontrol edilmesi gibi çıkış kapısında güvenlik tarafından bekletildik. İsterlerse bagajı kontrol etmelerini yastık çarşaf var mı yokmu bakın dedim. Klasına göre fiyatı ucuz denilecek olsa aynı lokasyonda dünyaca bir bir oteller zincirine ait bir otelin fiyatlarına yakın idi. Dolayısıyla bugüne kadar konakladığım otellerin içerisinde en vasat olanıydı. İlk ve son gidişim olacaktır. Ucuz ve kaliteden uzak bir konaklama yapacak olanlar için ideal.

Otel genel olarak fena degil. Otel daha cok turlara hizmet verdigi icin insan sirkilasyonu cok yuksek, bu yuzden aksakliklar cok olmaktadir. Calisanlar yetismeye calısiyor ancak. Surekli gelen giden oldugundan sikinti oluyor. Genel olarak otel temiz ancak titiz olanlar icin ince temizlik problemi var. Ayrıca otelin ozellikle odalarinda yenilenme yapilmali. Soyle dusunun, otelde hala eski logolu arcelik klimalar var ve tek ayarda calisiyor. Ve en buyuk sikinti klima direk yataklara üfluyor... Sabah kahvaltisinda cay kahve cesitleri su meyvesuyu sınırsız ancak aksam yemeginde(yarım pansiyonlar için) sadece bir tane 1.5lt su veriyorlar sonrası ücretli su bile. Aslinda otelin en buyuk sorunu, otelden kaynaklanmazsa bile sorun. Etrafta birtane eğlence yeri var. Calistigi zaman sabah 4 lere kadar yuksek sesle muzik caliyorlar, otel ne yaparsa yapsin bu sorunu cozemiyormus, sesle uyuyamiyan varsa benim gibi buyuk sorun. Cimer e bile sikayet edilmis ama sorun cozulememis.

Otel sahibine ve çalışanlara çok teşekkür ederim.

Otelin cephesi havuzu, çim bahçesini, balonların kalkışını ve Kapadokya manzarasını görüyor. Odaların içi güzel, nezih, temiz. Banyo, wc temizliği ona keza hijyenik. Bir ihtiyaç olduğu zaman HK ekibi hemen ilgileniyor. Resepsiyon görevlileri güler yüzle karşılıyor, bir şeye ihtiyacımız olup olmadığını soruyor. Konaklamamız bizim sadece kahvaltıydı akşam yemeği yoktu. Geç giriş yaptığımızda açlık durumunuz varsa restorandan yardımcı olalım diye teklifte bulundular ki bu gerçekten bizim için çok fazla beğeni ve artı oldu otel için :) Havuz temiz hiç saç vs. yoktu günlük temizliyorlar. Hemen şezlong, şemsiye, havluda yardımcı oluyorlar. Kısaca gezip dolaşmayı tercih edenler için, otelin konumu çok iyi. Büyüleyici güzellikte gün batımı ve güneşin doğuşu, balon seyri, şehire ve gezilecek yerlere mesafenin yakın oluşu, oteldeki ilgi alaka, otelin temizliği ve hijyeni gerçekten tercihlerde en üst sırada bir otel.
