You won't find a better rental in town. The newly remodeled, beautiful Spanish-style home with thoughtful updating is a 5-minute walk to shopping, dining, Vons market, the pier, and the beach. Sit and relax on a private patio in the back, or sip wine on the front gated porch with the locals.
Not your typical outdated Catalina Rental. The bunk room is perfect for four kids to create unforgettable memories. Rooms are equipped with blackout shades, inviting you to relax and enjoy your vacation.
Must be 25 or older to reserve this property.

Three bedrooms and two baths upstairs, 1/2 bath, kitchen living and dining room downstairs. Front and rear private patios.

Automated Key Code - This rental is automated, so there is nobody to meet. Just go directly and use your key code to start your vacation.

The house was perfect for our quick getaway. The location is central and walkable to everything. They paid attention to detail in every aspect of the remodel. It’s comfortable and has plenty of space. Tammy was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely stay here again.

This home is exactly as pictured. Perfect for our family of 7: 4 adults and 3 kids. It is in a great location, central to everything. The owners were AMAZING to deal with—always responded to questions within minutes. The home is immaculate and well appointed with everything you need to have a wonderful time in Avalon. Highly recommend.

Perfect little getaway!
Centrally located within easy walking distance to just about everything. Beautifully appointed, clean and airy, an American flag proudly flown, this house could not have met our needs any better. We all had such a great time! Thanks for everything!

October family vacay

AMAZING!!!
I am new to VRBO but I have to say that if this property is any indication to how awesome other properties are, I am a fan for life!! This home is beautiful, well maintained, clean, comfortable for families, well-appointed with kitchen supplies and towels, and close to all attractions and shopping!! Tammy was amazing to work with and timely responded to any question we had. I could not recommend this property more and will certainly plan on booking again… both with VRBO and Tammy!!

Amazing Property in Catalina
This is an amazing property in Catalina Island! It’s newly remodeled, clean, conveniently located right next to the grocery store, and an easy walk to restaurants and the beaches. The host was awesome! She gave us recommendations to her favorite restaurants and dessert spots. I would highly recommend staying here and enjoying the beautiful island!

Weekend trip to celebrate my son’s masters degree.
The house meet all expectations. Catalina homes are older and not updated but I choose this home because it was newly remodeled. It was comfortable for our family of 6 including my one year old grandson.
We were able to enjoy the nice kitchen and cooked breakfast and dinner one day.
A short walk to the beach and restaurants as well as to the Vons store. The home offered a lot of natural light downstairs which gave it an outdoor feel. This was a memorable trip for my family and would definitely stay here again.
