"The place was clean and felt very cosy. It was clearly newly refurbished and was clean. The beds were not too great though. In one of the bedrooms the wooden boards under the mattress were loose and had to put back in place. That is when it became clear they had better all be replaced. The sheets were made of synthetic fibers instead of cotton. And the place is above a fish shop. The owners have done all they can to repel the smell, but there is no escaping it when you enter. "The checkin system didn’t work for me. I arrived after check in time started at 2pm but there was no one at reception. Via texting and with the help of another guest who was French also trying to check who spoke on the phone in French we were told how to do the whole thing ( via QR code and online) 2 hours later I received a text msg from B&B telling me how to check in. But 2 hours too late. Otherwise staff when present were friendly and helpful and room was clean"

"Great spacious room, super comfy bed. Really friendly and helpful staff, free parking and an easy walk to get something to eat and to the shopping outlet. The shower does make the whole bathroom wet if not careful but again, lots of space. Definitely worth the money and would stay again in a heartbeat!"

"We stayed for one night - on our way back from the south of France - in a family room. It was good - room well set up for a family and didn’t feel like you were all on top of each other (the two single beds were proper beds, and there was a fifth camp bed type one as well). Decent shower room. Hotel felt safe and secure - free car park with security gate in front of the hotel. Would definitely stay again. The Boullion Marcel restaurant - 30 seconds walk away - is excellent."

"Great little spot in the centre and easy walking to the parking and restaurants, we at a the Hippotamus which gave a discount for staying at the hotel, the hotel suite was lovely and the kids had an amazing time, staff were helpful, breakfast was ok, was not a huge selection for the money but the staff were very helpful none the less. Would love to stay again"
