"We rented Apartment 3, two bedrooms plus a loft that comfortably slept our party of five. The apartment is very nicely finished, preserving the old world character but adding modern amenities like a dishwater and espresso machine! The complex has three apartments who share a wine cellar with a large table, a terrific barbecue area and our favorite, an electric sauna overlooking the Danube. " From check-in to departure and excellent experience!! Spread over a number of buildings, the Somerset Schönbrunn Vienna is a great place to stay. Free tea/coffee in reception is a bonus. On a frequent tram route to the city centre/closest railway station - This was a plus point for the accommodation. A very well appointed 1 bedroom apartment. Spacious, light and airy. Spotlessly clean throughout. Laundry/Pantry available in each building for your essentials such as kitchen roll/toilet roll, extra towels etc. Room did not have a particularly scenic view - they area is urban and next to the railway line - BUT the patio doors/windows were triple glazed - so you weren't disturbed by the noise. Staff were friendly and helpful and the room was cleaned once during out 9 day stay - which was more than adequate. The gym was good - and free! Pizza place was superb - reasonably priced and great food. We felt very much at home and would recommend this accommodation for travellers who don't 'need' to be in the centre of a city to explore it!! "
