The red house is nestled on a quiet, tree-lined street just 2 blocks off South Congress (SoCo) in charming Travis Heights. Stroll to fantastic restaurants, cafes, boutiques, and music venues. You can also easily catch a bus or walk downtown.

This light-filled, modernized 1926 bungalow is the ideal place to relax after a day or night of exploring vibrant Austin.

Enjoy an iced tea or margarita in the private backyard - under a majestic 350-year-old oak tree.

Get a good night's rest: both bedrooms are on the main floor and feature queen beds and high-quality linens.

The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo and slate tile floors. A half bathroom and laundry area are conveniently located off the kitchen.

The kitchen, dining, and living room feature high vaulted ceilings. The fully equipped kitchen features a gas oven, dishwasher, disposal, microwave, coffee grinder, french press, toaster, and blender. The flat-screen TV in the living room is equipped with ROKU. There's also a digital radio with pandora and internet radio stations.

In case you need to work, you'll find a roomy desk and the fastest wi-fi available (Google Fiber)!

There's also a bonus loft area with a sofa for relaxing (no sleeping in the loft area).

There's a carport for one vehicle plus room for one vehicle directly behind it.

Beautiful Stacy Park is 3 blocks east and equipped with 3 acres of walking trails and a heated, spring-fed swimming pool. You'll also find a wading pool, playground, & friendly neighbors at Little Stacy Park - enough fun to entertain even the tiniest of travelers for hours.

Traveling with a Pet?
After booking, you must indicate that you would like to bring a pet and that you will follow the house rules:
• A pet fee will be charged separately after booking: $75 for stays up to 3 nights + $10 for each additional night.
• We only accept dogs - 2 max.
• Heavy shedding dogs and dogs under one year of age are not allowed.
• Dogs must be groomed close to the check-in date, including nails trimmed, and must be up to date on medications, flea prevention, etc.
• Pets must stay off of the furniture, beds, and linens.
• Dogs must not bark excessively.
• You must clean all dog waste in the yard - daily.
• Pet owner will be responsible for any damage to the property caused by pet.
