The sleeping loft is equally comfortable and spacious feeling thanks to the pitched roof and windows that give occupants the feeling of sleeping among the tree tops! The comfortable queen sized mattress has room on either side for access and storage of personal items and personal reading lights allow for comfortable reading in bed.The loft is access via a sliding ladder making this house suitable for the physically abled only.

The main floor consists of a fully equipped kitchen, living space with smart TV and a bathroom with shower, toilet and a gorgeous marble sink. Throughout the house are hooks for hanging personal items and clothing.

The house is heated and cooled by a state of the art split ductless unit with remote control. The remarkably efficient and quiet unit allows you control the temperature and oscillation for maximum comfort. Ample outlets and charging outlets will keep your personal devices ready for use at any time.

Gorgeous pendant lights and artful sconces are controlled via a dimmer switch and a runner of ambient lighting recessed in the crown moulding encircles the house with inviting light that glows in the evening. This is truly a jewel of a Tiny House!
