Inside, the design is warm, chic, and effortlessly stylish. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped and ready for anything from big family breakfasts to late-night snacks, while the banquet-style dining area invites everyone to gather under the glow of a striking wall mural. Multiple living spaces—including a sun-drenched secondary lounge—offer room to relax, reconnect, or curl up with a good book.

The main house offers four thoughtfully designed bedrooms, perfect for both rest and retreat. The primary suite features a king bed and a spa-inspired ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub that invites you to unwind. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and a private ensuite, while Bedroom 3 offers a twin-over-twin bunk with a pull-out trundle—great for kids or casual sleepers. Bedroom 4 is ideal for larger groups, featuring two twin-over-twin bunk beds, each with its own pull-out. These bedrooms share a full bathroom and an additional half bath for added ease.

For even more flexibility and privacy, the separate guest house features a queen bed, full bathroom, and its own kitchen. Two additional detached casitas—each outfitted with a queen bed—offer fully private guest rooms, separate from the main house, perfect for quiet retreat and restful nights.

- The fireplace in the living room is not available to guest use.
- The two detached casitas each feature a queen bed but do not have private bathrooms. Guests staying in these rooms will need to use the bathrooms located in the main house or the guest house.

Parking Details:
- There is ample parking available at the property. Please make sure you park only in the designated property parking locations. If your home offers street parking, please make sure you read all posted signage.
- This home comes equipped with a Tesla Car Charger

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

There is nothing more important to us at AvantStay than the health, safety, and experience of our guests & staff. We've enhanced our cleaning and sanitation protocols and are taking extra care to disinfect all surfaces between reservations with hospital-grade disinfecting solutions.

As a reminder, we do work with 3rd party vendors to maintain the property, and although we adhere to the strictest CDC guidelines and advise all contractors to wear PPE equipment, we can not always enforce. We strongly advise guests to please deny access if any vendors fail to meet and adhere to these standards.
