With 3.5 baths, stylish bedrooms, and endless ways to play, this stay is built for memories just minutes from downtown and Zilker.



The Space:

This isn’t just a place to stay - it’s your own private Austin playground. With 4 bedrooms, 2 living rooms, 2 backyards, and a pool, the house is designed for groups who want it all: space to relax, endless games, and outdoor living dialed up to the max. Here’s how it all flows:





SLEEPING QUARTERS



4 bedrooms, 5 queen beds - everyone gets a real bed (no fighting over who’s on the couch). We also provide 2 travel cribs for your little ones.



3.5 bathrooms - plenty of space for everyone to get ready at once.



Cozy, stylish rooms give you a quiet retreat after long days by the pool or late-night shuffleboard showdowns.





FUN & GAMES INSIDE



Step into the first living room and you’ll see why we call it a Funhouse:

- Pool table, poker table & shuffleboard for game-night champions.

- Big-screen TV for sports or movies.



The second living room is all about lounging and retro fun:

- Two comfy couches and another big TV.

- Arcade corners with Big Buck Hunter and Pac-Man to spark some old-school competition.

Cooking for a crowd? You’re covered. The fully stocked kitchen has everything you need to whip up group meals, whether it’s pancakes in the morning or BBQ feasts at night. Two dining rooms give you options—one perfect for family-style meals, the other with a record player and a collection of vinyls so you can set the vibe while you eat or hang out. Outdoors, the kitchen, grill, and firepit seating make it just as easy to take the experience outside.

The house is designed to keep the group connected, whether you’re swapping stories around the fire pit, battling in Pac-Man, or grilling burgers while cheering on your team. It’s not just a stay—it’s an Austin experience where fun never clocks out.



Guest Access:

Guests will have full access to the entire property - including both backyards, all living spaces, and every bedroom and bathroom - with the exception of the garage, which will remain locked.



The Neighborhood:

Tarrytown is one of Austin’s most beloved neighborhoods—safe, walkable, and full of charm. You'll be just 3 minutes from:



Lady Bird Lake, excellent lake, no wake zone, very popular for paddle boards and kayaks available to rent (3 minutes drive)

Lake Austin with stunning houses belonging to Joe Rogan and Matthew McCoughney just to make a couple ( 3 min drive) Bring your boat and launch it at just down the street past Hula Hut.



Parks, tennis courts, public golf course (2 min), and bike paths, hiking trails (I highly recommend Laguna Gloria, outdoor modern art museum and Mayfield Nature Preserve, free, with live peacocks roaming and coy ponds, beautiful walk in the woods along the lake (5 min)



Live music venues - Stubbs and the ACL theater



Excellent local restaurants (Polvos-10 min, Bartlett's-12 min, Eddie V's-10 min, Hula Hut-3 min, Curra's-15 min, Star of India-12 min, and Uchi Ko- 7min - some of our favorites)



Top notch grocery stores - Central Market (large store with exotic products, extensive fresh fish and meat, play area for kids and live music on Thursdays), Whole Foods (this is the flagship and first Whole Foods), and the new HEB complete with BBQ shop and bar, pizza shop just a 5 minute walk)



Getting downtown is a breeze — Uber rides are quick and inexpensive, perfect for events like SXSW, ACL, and other local happenings. You'll love how close you are to the action without ever needing to get on the interstate.

Other Things to Note:

This home is located in a quiet residential neighborhood, so we have a zero-tolerance policy for parties, loud gatherings, or disturbances. Please keep noise at a reasonable level throughout the day, and remember that after 10 PM no sound should carry beyond the property line in line with City of Austin regulations.
