Amazing House

The house was perfect for our moms and daughters trip. It was so clean and had all the amenities we needed. The AC works great and the bedroom setup was perfect with the bunks for the girls. We hope we can stay here again next year! The views from this house are incredible.

Beautiful Property with Unique Details!

This was the perfect house for me and my family. We loved the multiple patios and the layout of the home. My kids enjoyed playing the included board games all night! It's great for entertaining a large family.

Great family floor plan on quiet street.

We loved this property! It sits on a quiet street right down from the Lakeway Marina and resort, great family friendly floor plan, and property was clean and welcoming upon arrival. Property manager was prompt and available to assist us with any questions. We'll definitely be back!

in general, house was ok. it's an older house, and for the price, I expected better. outdoor amenities were excellent. beds were all good. small things - toaster works, but had to "dig out" bagels because lift is broken; turntable in microwave doesn't work; refrigerator door swing is wrong - you have to go out to hall to open door. small stuff, but annoying. biggest complaint was that owner would not allow early checkin. 4 of us arrived between 6:00 am and noon on various flights from California, Nevada and Tennessee., and would have loved to get into the house to get settled, rest and relax.. instead we roamed around town until 4:00 pm. the house was vacant, what's the big deal? very disappointing.

Spacious peaceful home

Property located near Lake Travis in a very quiet neighborhood. Very spacious and plenty of outdoor space to nature watch. Only issue with the property was a constant gnat/ small flying insect issues in the lower level bathroom and bedrooms. Overall decent property for a family stay.

Family get away

We had a great time at the lake house. The house was fully equipped with all the basic needs and more. From the kitchen to the bedrooms and living areas, the house was perfect for our family to enjoy and make memories. I gave 4 stars on cleanliness because the outdoor grill was too dirty to use. But the double ovens in the kitchen made up for it and I was still able to prepare a delicious meal for the family. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking to spend time away from home. It’s nicely secluded yet you have grocery stores and shopping centers within 10 minutes.

Great near-lake getaway

We very much enjoyed the seclusion and views at this property. The walk to the marina was very short, and we enjoyed a boat rental there. The property was clean and ready for our stay. Thanks!

Girls getaway

This home was fabulous. The location was gorgeous and the home itself was beautiful. This was perfect for a girls trip. The patio was perfect for morning coffee, meals, and just relaxing. A huge plus for us was seeing the deer roam around the neighborhood at night!

Great place but you’re on your own

The house was fantastic. It had plenty of space and amenities for the amount of people who stayed. The house is not on water front because there is a major drought in the area. The boat docks you see in the pictures of this listing are mostly land locked. There is a quaint creek below that you can walk down too. There is only 1 master bedroom upstairs with the rest of the bedrooms downstairs. I am giving this 4 stars for a few reasons. We tried to reach out to the owner or some kind of representative months prior with absolutely no response. In fact the only time they communicated to us was during our stay and after they checked their outdoor cameras to inform us we would be evicted for having a trained dog. We did break a rule for bringing a pet but the ultimatum seemed unreasonable and the way they found out was a total invasion of privacy. We noted the cameras being on continuously through the day and night also. Also, the only contact was with a vacasa representative and never with the owners themselves. We didn’t have a point of contact for either prior to them alerting us of the dog issue. The house had plenty of amenities but 1 dish tab and no backup toilet paper which we purchased. For 8 people staying over 4 days, i thought that was a bit of a tight rope to walk on. Note, no problems with the house overall-anyone would enjoy their stay like we did. Just note the rules listed in this listing will be enforced without any compromise.

Great house with issues

Two of the three toilets did not work properly when we arrived. Sheets on bed in primary bedroom were wet. Never received an explanation or apology from owner. Other than that, it was a very nice house that served our needs well.

Very Nice and Great Location!

Had everything we needed and was a great location! Very spacious! We really enjoyed the wood burning fireplace. Only thing that could have made it better is if it was a Smart TV in the living room, so we could have logged in to Netflix. The TV did have lots of channels, so we found movies to watch that way. Very relaxing and great stay!
