There is a balcony with seating and another dining area and access to the pool area by outside stairs. Downstairs there is a large living room with 75" TV, gourmet kitchen, dinning area and the master en-suite which includes a king size bed, jetted tub, dual entry rain showers and private access to the pool deck.
Outside there is a large patio with pool/ spa, summer kitchen, outdoor fireplace and two balconies overlooking the lake.
The house has a private dock with seating, large floating mat, and 2 kayaks for rent. There are two slips.
