This luxury property is perfect for your next getaway. Just 6 minutes from Austin Airport and 15 minutes from Downtown, it`s ideal for weddings, music festivals, family gatherings, and more.

The Space

The main house is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a luxurious kitchen, accommodating up to 7 guests.

The kitchen is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances, and the dining area is ideal for group meals. The master suite includes a queen-size bed, a standing desk for remote workers, a flat-screen TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower.

The additional bedrooms are equally comfortable, featuring queen and full-size beds.

Guest Access

Guests will have access to a private driveway.

In this beautiful house, you`ll enjoy the warm hospitality of a friendly host who is always ready to assist with anything you need. The house offers easy access, ensuring a hassle-free experience from the moment you arrive. Whether you`re unloading luggage or returning after a day of exploring, getting in and out is a breeze.
There will be a hold in your credit card 2 days before your check out for the amount $1,500 as a Refundable Security Deposit just in case something happened during your stay.
1. No parties or events allowed. STRICT RULE.
2. No smoking allowed indoors.
3. Please turn off the AC when you go out to save electricity and prevent the unit from freezing.
4. Please do not put the AC below 69 degrees. The pipes could freeze and it will take hours to thaw out if they do.
5. No unregistered guests allowed.
6. Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms.
7. Please respect the noise curfew.
8. Suitable for toddlers and children under 12
9. Please respect check-in and check-out times.
10. Please take care of the furnishings. You have to pay for damages.
11. Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
12. Please do your dishes.
13. No illegal substances allowed on the premises.

Events are allowed only during the day.
Smoking is allowed outside the house in the backyard
Pets are not allowed in the beds and/or furniture.

** We kindly ask that guests take responsibility for any theft, damage, personal injury, or costs that might arise during your stay or from your use of the property. This includes any claims or issues related to you and your guests. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our property policies!
