This was my first solo trip ever. I’ve never been on the 31st floor of a place I was staying before, and this view was so amazing. I loved just sitting out on the balcony. I also had everything I needed right where I was, down to the appliances. The place is very clean and secure, I like that you have to use your key card to get everywhere. The pool and public areas were nice as well!

Great modern apartment and great location

Just off Rainey st, Natiivo has an awesome location and very friendly and easy going staff. The apartment is modern with great amenities, even had a martini shaker set and pizza cutter! The only downfall is with the building not the apartment itself. The elevator system is wonky. If you booked multiple condos with friends on separate floors, it is difficult to get to a friends condo as the key card works only for your specific floor. It seemed like a couple elevators may not have been working and the most frequent elevator to arrive had a glitch and would start going up even if you had selected down and vice versa. It’s a quick elevator but if you sometimes end up going all the way up or down when you’re only a couple floors away from you floor. I’m sure Natiivo is working on the issue, it shouldn’t deter you from staying here, just be aware.
