The Space:

The Expansive East Sider is a modern multi-level group retreat located in vibrant East Austin just minutes from Downtown, Rainey Street, and iconic Austin eateries. The perfect space for your next getaway!



Designed for larger groups, this 4BR/3.5BA home offers multiple living areas across three floors for space to gather or enjoy private time. Whether you're visiting for a family trip, corporate stay, or group getaway, this home offers the space and convenience needed for a comfortable stay in one of Austin's most desirable neighborhoods.



GROUND FLOOR: Entertain guests in the bright, open living area which features a flat-screen TV and comfortable seating. Watch your favorite movie or curl up with a good book on the plush couch, which converts into a queen-size sofa bed. This common space connects to the designer kitchen, which is fully equipped with modern appliances, essential cookware, and a small dining area. 



SECOND FLOOR: On the second story, you'll find three bedrooms and two full-size bathrooms. The master bedroom, which can accommodate 4 guests, features a king-size bed and a twin daybed and trundle. There is also an en-suite bathroom with double vanities and a walk-in shower.  Down the hallway, are two guest bedrooms, one with a full-size bed and twin trundle and the other with a queen-size bed. A full bathroom with dual vanities and plenty of counter space is located to the right of the two guest bedrooms. A laundry closet housing the washer and dryer can also be found on this level.



THIRD FLOOR: The third floor offers a second master retreat which features a king-size bed, full bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a comfortable media lounge. Stay in and enjoy a game night or watch your favorite movie on the comfortable couch, which also converts into a queen-size sofa bed and accommodates 2 guests.  For our working travelers, a comfortable workspace is available.

LOCATION: This home is ideally located just 1.3 miles from the University of Texas at Austin, 2.4 miles from Downtown Austin, and 6.4 miles from Austin Bergstrom International Airport.



THINGS TO NOTE



1) This is NOT a party residence and we do not accept rowdy party groups of any kind!  If a party is thrown during your stay, your reservation will be quickly terminated.



2) Outdoor activity is prohibited between 10 PM and 7 AM. All guests must move indoors between that time, no exceptions.



3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay. This will be policed w/ decibel meter devices.
