Comfortable and quiet..

We enjoyed our stay at the Midwest modern home in Austin, MN. Communication with owner was quick and easy. We appreciated the extra towels we requested! Thank you. A couple of thoughts, though. We could only find a partial roll of TP … not enough for 2 people for 3 days. A grab bar in the shower would be a nice safety feature, as would a rail on the back step. Getting in and out with our luggage was tricky!

Our Midwest modern house was perfect for our stay. The accommodations were exceptionally nice and comfortable. The location was perfect for our needs. It made our stay very enjoyable. Wish we had planned to stay longer.

Overall-very nice place-would stay again!

Sherry was very thorough with her checkin email. Very nice, cute little place and in a nice location of Austin. Only change I would suggest, is adding the cleaning fee for a long term stay to the listing. I was told it was required after I booked, but mid-way through the stay and asking questions, I found out that it was "suggested." Again, overall a nice place and would stay again

PERFECT PROPERTY!!

Absolutely love this property! The host is amazing, great communication, very kind and friendly. Host checked in prior to our scheduled stay to give the information that we needed and make sure that we were comfortable. I am local and live in a neighborhood nearby and can fully confirm that this is a really great neighborhood - one that I would even personally move to. Neighbors Nextdoor were quiet and friendly. Cute back yard space too. The listing was even lovelier and homey to me in person, stocked with all of the goods that we could have needed. Definitely will be booking this again for other family members. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

This property was wonderful! Quiet neighborhood. All the convenience of home. The owner communicated well and responded in a timely matter. We had a great visit with family and a home to relax in.

So clean and accomindating

My husband and I have stayed at this bungalow several times and the home is always so clean and the communication with the owner is always on point. The neighborhood is wonderful and the sidewalks make it a great place for an evening walk.
