Downtown RR Home Near Dining & Parks w/ GFiber

  • A comfy single-story home about 5 minutes from downtown Round Rock's dining and parks. Dell Diamond and Kalahari are each about 8-9 minutes away, and downtown Austin is about 25-30 minutes without traffic. The Domain is about 17 minutes, and Old Settlers Park is about 12.

    The home sleeps 7 across 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, one has a double bed plus a twin with a pull-out trundle (bedding is in the closet), and the master has a queen bed and its own bathroom. There are 2 bathrooms in all.

    You get a full kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee maker and toaster, plus coffee. Out back is a fenced yard with a patio and BBQ grill. A dedicated workspace with Google Fiber suits remote work. A Pack 'n Play, kids' dishes and board games are on hand, and there is a washer and dryer. The whole house is yours, with free parking on site. Drive times are estimates without traffic, so allow extra at rush hour.
