Great news for those who love the water! Lake Travis has risen more than 30 feet and our dock is floating and easily accessible right from the property. Feel free to bring your jet skis or family boat—you can tie up at the dock and enjoy lake adventures just steps from the house. It's a perfect setup for swimming, fishing, or simply relaxing by the water. Step out your back door and onto your own private dock—the ultimate lakefront escape!

We welcome families with kids and can comfortably accommodate up to 10 guests. Inside, you’ll find a large family room with vaulted ceilings, a built-in kitchenette, and a 65" TV—perfect for movie nights or catching the big game. Our spacious, newly redecorated bedrooms provide a cozy retreat for a restful night's sleep.

Other things to note:
No driving or parking on the grass (due to septic system).
Pets are welcome for a $75 per pet, per stay fee (plus applicable taxes and fees).
The kitchenette is fully equipped with an electric griddle, electric skillet, crockpot, two-burner electric cooktop, air fryer, blender, microwave, and toaster oven—but it does not have an oven or stove. All necessary cooking utensils, as well as pots and pans, are provided. Propane for the BBQ is included, along with a backup tank.
