At Casa del Sol you can enjoy the best of both worlds of a private home with spectacular views as well as proximity to all that downtown Austin has to offer. With 5 bedrooms, 3 separate living areas, and 3 dining areas, Casa del Sol is perfect for families or friend groups seeking space and relaxation. It's also an ideal venue for small weddings and corporate events. The stunning pool area features a resort-style rock waterfall and grotto, a fire table, basketball area, and tetherball. The primary bedroom includes a private therapeutic jacuzzi in the secluded courtyard. There is also a dedicated office space for those who need to work during their stay. The lower-level media room offers a kitchenette, TV with game systems, foosball table, puzzles, and board games. At Casa del Sol you can enjoy the best of both worlds, a private home with spectacular views as well as proximity to all that downtown Austin has to offer. While the property is regularly set for 18 guests, it can accommodate up to 24 with homeowner approval, using luxury Frontgate beds and ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply, and all guests must be pre-approved. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.
