THE HOME: The open kitchen, living, and dining area is a welcoming space your group to gather in. Curl up with a good book on the comfortable couch or enjoy your favorite movie on the 65" flat screen TV with cable + streaming. Floor to ceiling windows let in plenty of natural light and lead out to the main patio that offers access to the pool* via a small staircase. The kitchen is fully equipped with the essentials needed to whip up a memorable meal. You’ll also enjoy complimentary WiFi, coffee, concierge services, and more.



BEDROOMS: To the left of the living area and stairs, you’ll find the first guest bedroom with two Queen beds as well as a separate full bathroom. Heading up the stairs, you’ll find a landing with a secondary living area fitted with a flat screen TV and double-twin trundle bed. You’ll also find the second guest bedroom with two Queen beds down the hall with a separate full bathroom. A small staircase on the second-floor landing leads to the Master bedroom which is fitted with a King bed and an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity.



THE PATIO + BACK YARD: Sliding glass doors lead to a small back patio (on the home's main level) with a small table and seating area. Stairs lead down to the back yard, lower-level patio (featuring a bright, photo-worthy mural and additional seating area), and the swimming pool. The pool can be heated for a fee of $150 / day plus tax.

HOUSE LIMITATIONS



1) We’re happy to host your special occasion, but please note this property does not operate as a venue and is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. This property is the perfect home base for families, family reunions, business travelers, responsible bachelor/bachelorette groups, and those looking to getaway for some R&R. Disruptive party groups are not permitted.



2) Outdoor amenities can be utilized from 7AM to 10 PM (in accordance with the city's noise ordinance).



3) No loud music is permitted throughout your stay.



4) Pets are NOT permitted.



5) Only street parking is permitted and is easily available.
