Currently, due to water levels, public boat ramps are closed. Access to the boat dock involves navigating over 60 stairs, making it unsuitable for young children or individuals with limited mobility.

While we offer various sizes of life jackets, guests are responsible for ensuring all members of their party, including children, have properly fitting life jackets.

Please note that the slips at the base of the house are reserved for specific boats year-round and are not available for guest use.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and are required to sign a rental agreement within 48 hours, along with providing ID for verification.

We are pet-friendly, allowing a maximum of two dogs with a $200 pet fee. Pets must be crated when left alone on the property and are not permitted on furniture or beds.
