Guests will have full, private access to the home, backyard, and amenities. There is an attached, but separate house unit. You may see the neighbor come and go, but they will not be using the outdoor amenities. One of the property's owners also has a disjointed office on the back of the property where he might be seen passing by the property’s perimeter during standard business hours.
