Whole Foods/Target just opened one street over. The Waterloo Conservancy is currently underway which is a massive redevelopment of Waller Creek/Parks right next to this building. Unit comes with one reserved parking space. Residents are able to get membership to Hilton salt water pool/hot tub, 24gym and Sauna
