This unit is full of sunlight featuring four balcony’s and wrap around views, Local bars and restaurants in walking distance as well as coffee shops and local food markets.

SLEEPING:
This unit can sleep 1-6 guests. The master room has a king size bed with luxury sheets, pillows and blankets, you'll find a cozy couch adjacent to the bedroom perfect for one adult or child. Second bedroom has a king size bed with luxury sheets, pillows and blankets. Large L-shape couch in family room can be used as a bed for 1-2 guest. There are extra sheets, blankets and pillows to accommodate if needed.

EATING/LIVING:
Kitchen/Balcony - Use the fully stocked, chef style kitchen for a special dinner or food prep. Enjoy meals and sunset views, indoor or outdoor at the dining table facing lady bird lake with seating up to 6 guests. Balcony #2 has a dining table for up to 6 guest, Balcony #3 has a bar with up to 4 seats. Kitchen features Kangen, alkaline water filtration system, espresso machine, pellet ice maker, blender, china cabinet with glassware, small herb garden.

WELLNESS/FITNESS:
Master Room/Balcony #1 - private infrared sauna + cold plunge tub. Soaking tub in master and guest bath, stocked with epson salts and shower amenities. Balcony #4 stores two bicycles with locks. Paddle-board and Kayak rentals available on Lady Bird Lake trail, 2-3 minute walk. 20 minute walk to Equinox - 5 minute drive or Uber ride. Recommendations for in-home massage if interested.
