This picturesque split-level home has enough space for your entire group; everyone will be able to spread out comfortably. Inside, you can find a cozy and inviting living area, which is the perfect place to gather with your friends for a fun-filled movie night. The fireplace adds comfort to the equation. A pull-out sofa bed is also available in the living area. There is another small lounge area equipped with comfortable and colorful furnishing, a piano, a guitar, and even two bookcases. Near the main living area, you can also find a classic Galaga arcade cabinet! The kitchen is spacious and features everything you need and more to whip up memorable full-course meals for the entire group. Two sets of French doors open it up to a large patio overlooking the backyard featuring a private pool and hot tub. This away-from-it-all getaway is located on a sprawling five-and-a-half acres, with plenty of lush space where your lovely dog can freely run around and exercise.

Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.
All guests shall abide by Vacasa’s good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
Please note that because the pool is serviced Mondays at 3 pm, it is unusable from 3 pm until 11 pm on Mondays. This schedule cannot be changed.
This property is not close to public transportation, and ride shares generally take about 20-30 minutes to arrive after requested.
The owner is a music producer and has a recording studio on the property next door to the house. He may be present at times when working on an album with artists. However, the studio is very well soundproofed and his presence will always be non-intrusive and respectful of guests. The studio has separate parking and a separate gate entrance that stays open for studio users. If you would like to close this gate, for your pets to roam, you are welcome to. The rest of the property is exclusively for your use.
If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles.
This rental is located on floor 1.
Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
