  • A freshly renovated 2-story townhome in a quiet, gated community with a shared pool and free parking.

    Living: open-concept living and dining area with modern furnishings and lots of natural light.
    Kitchen: brand-new appliances, a Keurig coffee maker, and a breakfast bar with seating.
    Bedrooms: a queen bed in the primary bedroom and two twin beds in the second bedroom, all with premium mattresses.
    Bathrooms: 2.5 newly renovated baths, including a rain shower.
    Work: a dedicated workspace and Wi-Fi.
    Outdoors: a private patio with an outdoor dining area, plus the community pool.
    In-unit washer and dryer.

    Central location with easy I-35 access: 4 miles to The Domain, 8 miles to downtown, and about 10 minutes to UT, the Moody Center and SXSW venues. Please park in the assigned carport or guest parking.

    Our prices include all fees.

Great place to stay!

2 bedroom with 2 1/2 baths with kitchen and washer/dryer so you can’t ask for much more. Very comfortable stay.

Cozy townhome

We had a fantastic stay at this townhome! The place was spotless, newly renovated and well-maintained. The space was super comfortable and had everything we needed for a relaxing visit. Great location- quiet and peaceful. Check-in was easy, and communication with the host was smooth and responsive. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay!

Host was amazing to work with. Attentive and quick to reply to any questions or concerns. The stay worked well for the purpose of my trip. Unfortunately the pool was out of order for the duration of my stay.
