Amazing Spot!

This has become my favorite place to stay when visiting Austin. It’s one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in, the place is clean, and the host is super friendly and accommodating. Can’t recommend enough!

Best place in ATX

Our stay was excellent. Scott place is on the top of our list, everything was perfect, from the super coziness of the apartment to the welcoming sprint of the owner and the location of the property. I would definitely stay here again on my next trip to ATX.

Fun in SoCo

The location, neighborhood and the property itself were all perfect for us. Scott was super friendly and responsive even to the point of buying a coffee bean grinder for the kitchen when he found out we had whole beans. The outside areas were really nice to hang out in and the kitchen was well stocked with tools and pots, etc. we couldn’t have been happier. Great trip.

Best VRBO in Austin

We loved our stay at Scott’s guesthouse! It was in a great location and it was perfect for my partner, our pup and I. Our pup even got some play with with Scott’s wonderful puppies :) The house was clean and private and we can’t wait to stay there again when we visit Austin.

A great choice to stay in whilst in Austin

We wish every vrbo rental was like this one! Our hosts were extremely welcoming, friendly & helpful without being overbearing. Even loaned us their bag chairs to use at a music festival we went to, which were total lifesavers. The rental was so clean, I even felt comfortable going barefoot inside, which I usually am not comfortable doing. The place was well appointed with every thing we could have needed. Bed was super comfortable & the neighborhood was quiet & felt very safe.

What a gem!

My son and I had a delightful stay at this adorable, comfortable guest house. The house is well appointed with fluffy towels and comfortable beds. My son slept in the study on the foldout and found it comfortable as well. Home instructions were clear and I met Scott the owner who was very kind and helpful. I’ll definitely stay here again in the future.

Austin weekend for UT football

Great property with full kitchen, great primary bedroom and bath, and fantastic hosts. The location is close to great restaurants in South Austin. We have stayed here before and will be back again in November for another fun Austin weekend.

Awesome VRBO in ATX!

Great time again

This was the second stay at this property for my wife and I and, like last year, we had a terrific time! The property is clean, well-appointed, and quiet. The location is ideal for south Austin and downtown Austin activities. Communication with our host was easy and Scott was courteous and helpful. We are already looking forward to next year's visit!

Amazing find

My wife and I stayed at this property for the CapTex triathlon with our two older dogs. The house is a guest house behind the main property and is a really beautiful two story spot. The property owners were the nicest people and shared with us recommendations of places to go check out for food and were great to chat with while taking the dogs in the backyard. The location is really easy to get to anything off Lamar as well as Congress and is in a quiet neighborhood that we felt very comfortable in. We would definitely stay here again when in Austin.

Perfect Austin Getaway

We visited Austin for a long weekend to attend the ACL music festival. We were so pleased with the guest house and could not have had a better experience!! The kitchen was well-stocked, the bathroom was enormous, the bedroom was tranquil, and the backyard was divine. Without a doubt we will stay here again if we return to Austin. Scott was a very communicative and welcoming host. Five stars all around!!
