THE NEIGHBORHOOD
Tucked into 620 Oaks, a quiet custom-built residential neighborhood, you get privacy without giving up convenience. Lake Travis is about 10 minutes away for boating, swimming, and sunset dinners. Lakeline Mall, restaurants, and grocery stores are just minutes away; the Domain is about 17 minutes, and downtown Austin and 6th Street are about 25 minutes. The airport is about 30 minutes.

GETTING AROUND & PARKING
Free parking for up to 8 vehicles in the driveway, with FM 620 and US-183 just around the corner. Uber and Lyft are readily available, and we recommend them for downtown, 6th Street, and big events like F1 and ACL, where parking is limited and expensive.

GUEST ACCESS
You'll have the entire home and grounds to yourselves, including every wellness, entertainment, and outdoor space. One owner's closet stays locked. Self check-in with a personal door code sent before arrival.

GOOD TO KNOW
• Exterior security cameras cover the driveway, entrances, and backyard for safety. There are no cameras inside the home.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult at the pool, hot tub, cold plunge, gym, and saunas at all times.
• No parties or events. Maximum 8 guests on the property at any time, including visitors.
• Sauna, cold plunge, and gym are used at your own risk.
