House rules and important information

Pool and hot tub heating

Pool heating is available for $125 per day.
Hot tub heating is included at no additional charge.

Pet policy

Up to 2 pets are allowed.
Additional $200 pet cleaning fee per stay.
Maximum weight: 20 lbs per pet.
Pets must be fully potty trained and must not cause damage to the property.

Parking

Maximum of 5 vehicles.
Guests may park only in the driveway or garage.
No street parking.
No boats or trailers may be parked at the property.
The primary renter is responsible for any parking fines issued by the City of Lago Vista to members of their group or visitors.
Off-site parking for vehicles, boats, or trailers may be available for $85 per stay. Please contact the property manager in advance to arrange parking if needed.

Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

Please respect our neighbors and keep outdoor noise to a minimum during quiet hours. The primary renter is responsible for any noise-violation fines associated with their group or visitors.

Noise monitoring

Decibel-monitoring devices are located in the living room and deck area to help ensure compliance with quiet hours. These devices monitor noise levels and do not record conversations.

Pool and hot tub safety

The pool and hot tub are not gated, and there are stairs both inside and outside the property. Children and non-swimmers must be supervised at all times.

Guests are responsible for the safety and security of everyone in their group while on the property. Please keep all doors and windows closed and locked when appropriate.
