A quiet house surrounded by fields, 15 minutes from Bayeux, 30 minutes from the D-Day landing beaches

The location of the house allows you to spend a quiet stay with family or friends near the forest of Balleroy to walk around, Bayeux to discover its cathedral and its cobbled streets or the landing beaches for a rendezvous with history.
The house has an area of 140m² with an exterior of about 500m² including a sunny terrace of 60m². my house is rented during the periods when I don't live there.
The first floor is open to almost the entire surface with the kitchen, the living room and the living room (about 70m²).
The bedrooms are on the 1st floor and are served by 2 separate staircases that do not have safety barriers for young children:
- 1 bedroom above the living room with 1 en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower)
- 2 bedrooms above the kitchen and the living room, one of which has a small bed for children (max 10 years old) with 1 bathroom for the 2 bedrooms (bath and large shower)
- an open space between the 2 bedrooms where you will find a double bunk bed for children (from 7-8 years old) high up with a 2-seater convertible bench seat underneath.
