The Island had a good breeze, so the mosquitos were almost non-existent, and the trees are tall and plentiful for shade and a good resting place for a bald eagle one morning we were there. 「Overall loved the cabin and the experience! Luke was VERY responsive and we had everything we needed. The cabin was well equipped with beds & linens, supplies, games, kitchen utensils, an awesome gas grill and Traeger smoker, sauna and a private boat launch. Side note, the pictures were taken with a wide angle lens and they make the space look bigger than it actually is. However, the space is very comfortable and clean! Fun was had by all! We are already considering staying here again for skiing...

「This place was perfect for a quick stay before our trip in the Boundary Waters. My only issues were, it would be nice to know ahead of time that this place shares a bathroom with the whole house rather than being a private bathroom with the room. Some more info about checking in would also be nice ahead of time, we showed up to the place with no information on what door to go, where the room was etcetera.The folks running the Inn were super friendly and helpful! I would definitely stay there...
