The host Virginie and her team were really fantastic and made us feel like at home. Me and my friend felt really well looked after. We had dinner a few times at he Auberge and the food was absolutely delicious. The cook told us that they are making a real effort to get the best ingredients they can depending on what's available and that really showed. The room had a stunning view over the mountains. Just that was worth it! Location-wise it's just a few minutes drive from Auris station so it's very convenient. All in all, this is one of theses stays that you will remember for a long time. I cannot recommend this place enough!
