1. Rooms are just okay - spartan (not big) along with toothbrush, toothpaste, bath gel, shampoo
3. Free water bottle per day
4. Refilling of water near the reception area
5. good Restaurants within 20 metres
6. Very Nice balcony - you can see the sunrise sitting in your room (provided you get the road facing room) and spend time with your friends in the huge balcony.

8. Reasonably good Breakfast - they will take you to a nearby restaurant

「We actually wanted to go to Kalaw, by accident we booked this hotel in aung ban. Its a fantastic hotel, great food and very nice service. Its quiet, clean and has also a pool ans gym.」

【外観】ホテルは見た目がとても可愛らしくロッジのような作りになっていました。
【内観】部屋も木がたくさん使われており温かみのある可愛らしい部屋でした。掃除も行き届いており清潔感がありました。お風呂に関しては、バスタブ付きで、熱いお湯もきちんと出ました。
【Wi-Fi】私たちが宿泊した部屋は４階で、Wi-Fiが届くか不安でしたが（ミャンマーだと階数が上がるほどWi-Fiが届かなくなったりする）各階に比較的電波の強いWi-Fiルーターが設置されており、動画も十分に見ることができるくらい強かったです。
【従業員】英語ができるスタッフが1名しかいないようでしたが、とても親切な方でした。忘れ物をしてチェックアウトした際にはタクシーの運転手に電話をかけてきて教えてくれました。( Thank you for ur calling! )
【朝ごはん】朝ごはんはフルーツ・クレープ・パン・卵・コーヒー・オレンジジュースと１つ１つ丁寧にサーブしてもらえました。味も美味しかったです。」
「엘리베이터는 없지만 높은층은 아니라서 불편하지는 않고, 여기 직원분들이 매우 친절해요. 보트투어는 인데인 포함해서 25,000짯에 호텔에서 했구요, 보트투어 기사님께 5,000짯 따로 드렸어요.
호텔방은 가격대비 깨끗하고 넓어서 굉장히 만족했고, 테라스가 있긴한데, 비둘기님들이 오셔서 문을절대 열지 않았어요 ㅋㅋ
조식도 귀엽고 맛있게 나왔어요. 일단 직원분들이 진짜 친절해서 그냥 다 좋아보임.
위치는 야시장 바로 앞이라 야시장가기 편했고, 시장있는데까지는 한 20분정도 걸어야해요.시장에 갈일이 없긴했는데, 그냥 구경도 하고 한국떡볶이 파는곳이 있어서 번화가로 나가봤는데 한국식당은 없어진 상태였고, 시장구경하고왔는데, 굳이 여길 갈 필요가없어요.
호텔 바로옆에 조그만가게 있어서 물이나 음료는 사먹고 근처에 식당도 좀있고, 보트투어하는 호수도 5분거리에 있어서 위치도 좋았습니다.」
「Older building needs bit of maintenance. Outstanding welcome with rose petals and towels folded into statuettes. No air con and quirky electricals. Breakfast only just OK, could have been better for budget. Stairs, no lift, par for course for Myanmar. Had to ask for basics like tea bags (also par for course for Myanmar where it is assumed you want coffee).」
