Welcome to Heaven Sea Home, our house just steps away from the sea with breathtaking views encompassing the sea, Mount Etna, the Gulf of Catania, and Calabria.

Located in Sicily, between Catania and Syracuse, in the district of Castelluccio Costa Saracena, province of Syracuse, our villa is situated in a private residence with exclusive access to the sea. The location enjoys a mild and ventilated climate.

The property features three double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom and all with sea views, along with a guest bathroom. A sofa bed in the living room provides additional sleeping space. The villa is newly built, NZEB (Nearly Zero Energy Building) certified with an A4 energy rating, equipped with solar panels and a free charging station for electric vehicles.

Currently, one bedroom is air-conditioned, but the design of the villa ensures comfort without the need for air conditioning. WiFi is available, and the kitchen includes an induction cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and a washing machine in the laundry area. There is also a TV in the living room.

Outside, the property boasts approximately 1000 square meters of space, offering ample room for relaxation and leisure. We are available to accommodate any additional requests to make your stay perfect.
