You will find 3 comfortable bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, each with a bidet and shower. The private kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, refrigerator, and coffee machine. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi, air conditioning in every room, Smart TV, and washing machine. For families with children, a crib and high chair are available on request.



Outside, a well-kept garden with lawn and palm trees awaits you, along with a private outdoor pool for your exclusive use, offering stunning views of the sea and Mount Etna. Relax on the covered veranda or on the garden sofas, enjoying breathtaking sea views at sunrise and vistas of Mount Etna and Calabria. On-site parking includes spaces inside the property; additional spots are available on the street. Up to 2 pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.



You can request extra cleaning service during your stay for an additional fee. The owners live in another apartment within the property, ensuring your independence and assistance if needed.
