「Loved the espresso machine in the morning!」

「Parking is close to the front door, the lobby personnel at check in and check out were very friendly and helpful. The room was two queen and it was large. The bathroom was nice and the shower was a step in. Soaps were provided in pump form on the shower wall. The free breakfast was exceptioal. A very large quantity of options which included a pancake maker. The kids loved those. They have a small pantry if you need an item. Safe area with restaurants very close by.」

「The bathroom could have been cleaner. The toilet wasn't fastened to the floor well nor was the toilet seat fastened. The AC blew what could only be described as stale, musty air. For the price I expected more.」

「The room was extremely clean as was the whole facility. The staff was super friendly. The breakfast was fresh and the breakfast area was clean. I would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a place to stay in O’Fallon Missouri. 」

「Room was decently updated, but the sofa was stained. The bathroom light only flickered and was cracked. I asked for bedding for the pull out bed, all I was given was one flat sheet, asked for a pillow but no luck. We arrived very late and I didnt notice the pull out bed frame was moldy until I was putting it away the next morning. All we wanted was somewhere clean and comfortable for a short sleep on a road trip, no frills expected, apparently that was a lofty expectation.」

「The pool was broken, and that’s one reason why I chose this hotel.The man at the front desk made us pay for an extra room, when we arrived. Mind you we already had two rooms reserved, and the hotel hasn’t contacted me yet for my refund on the room we didn’t even need. The man at the front desk also was very nervous and I don’t know why.」
