Super Frühstück + super hilfsbereiter Breakfast Manager. Other staff also helpful Top Location-right at the Hauptbahnhof. All in all great Hotel for a short visit in Augsburg.

Well placed for station and city. Clean, quiet and comfortable . Budget hotel so fairly basic but perfect for a short stay. Would come back. Check in time is 1500, we arrived 1420 and had to wait, but they looked after our bags

Convenience is the key word here. With the attached parking deck and the train station only 50 meters away, your transportation needs are met. Trams and the transportation office are also 50 meters away. Nice shower, clean room.

The design and layout of the room was excellent,with excellent shower facilities. Very convenient for the main railway station and local tram and bus stops. The hotel also provided free bus and tram passes. Room rate very acceptable.

The reception personnel were very kind and professional. I especially liked the location, very central with direct access to central train station and the city center in general. Some amenities like a/c, iron and water kettle were missing in the room, but in general it was a great place to stay.

Great location right by the main station in Augsburg but absolutely no noise from the railway or anything else. Location was also good for the town centre shops, restaurants and public transport. Staff were friendly and helpful, breakfast buffet had plenty of choice with both hot and cold items on offer. This was our first stay at Rugs Hotel but we would definitely stay again should we return to Augsburg in the future.

Positives: Staff were friendly and helpful with recommendations of what to do and where to eat. Clean rooms. Great location next to the DB train station. Room was very quiet, I couldn’t hear anything from outside. Negative: just a few, no air conditioning but I knew that when booking the room, however it would be very nice to have a small fan in the room to help circulate air and cool it down. shower door caulking needed to be replaced as the water would leak between the door and adjacent glass wall then got on the floor. Other than those two very minor things it was a great stay. I’d recommend if you’re either a solo or traveling with your wife or girlfriend.
