☆High-Rise Apartment☆31st Floor☆Wide View☆Netflix☆Downtown☆

  • You're sure to feel right at home here!

Welcome to the city's tallest building, the Hotel Tower—enjoy the view from the 31st floor.

The 35-square-meter apartment is high-end and has everything you need.

    → Box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m)
    → Smart TV with Netflix
    → Kitchenette & coffee maker
→ Balcony with sweeping views of the city
→ Just a few minutes’ walk from the main train station, right next to the convention center & in the city center

☆"Manu and Anna are great, respond very quickly, and the apartment is very clean."

Your 35 m² apartment is bright and modern. Whether you’re in town for business or exploring Augsburg on your own, you’ll find everything you need here.

Look forward to the amazing view from the 31st floor—it’s truly worth it.

The kitchenette is brand-new, fully equipped, and, in addition to a selection of different teas, has everything you need to prepare fresh meals. A kettle, toaster, olive oil, and spices are also at your disposal.

A large box-spring bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) offers plenty of space for two people and guarantees a good night’s sleep. A stylish and truly comfortable couch offers a place to relax.

With the 40-inch SMART TV, you can easily access your apps and decide for yourself what to watch in the evening. You can comfortably watch your favorite shows on Netflix, which is, of course, free for you.

The warm lighting also helps you feel right at home. The dining table facing the window gives you plenty of space to enjoy your meals and let your gaze wander into the distance.

Your clean bathroom has a bathtub and a shower. We’ll have fresh towels ready for you in a basket. A hair dryer is also available for you to use.

From the balcony, you have a direct view of the adjacent Wittelsbacher Park; you’re right next to the Congress Hall for evening events, and the city center and main train station are within walking distance.

The building also has a laundry room with washing machines and dryers, which can be used for a small fee.
