Located in the heart of the Arcachon Basin, within the Landes de Gascogne Regional Natural Park, our gîte enjoys an ideal setting in the town of Audenge, approximately 30 kilometers from Arcachon. You'll benefit from the proximity of Audenge's town center, with shops, restaurants, and other amenities less than a kilometer away. You can also explore the Domaine de Certes et Graveyron, a protected natural area of over 500 hectares. Adjoining our home, but completely private, the gîte is housed in a characterful building, fully renovated to offer all modern comforts. It features a large enclosed garden with a terrace, garden furniture, a barbecue, and a ping-pong table. The ground floor comprises a spacious and bright living area with a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and TV lounge, as well as a shower room with a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are three bedrooms (one with a double bed (140x190cm) and two with queen-size beds (160x200cm)), a mezzanine with a reading nook and desk, a bathroom with a bathtub and shower, and a separate toilet. The cottage has underfloor heating. For a truly relaxing stay, bed linen, towels, table linen, cleaning, and heating are included in the price.
