Wow! This place is seriously under rated. Booked it as a last min deal and it did not disappoint. The apartment was modern, massive and one of the best places I’ve stayed in Auckland ever! The apartments are run down, not well maintained. It felt like a backpackers just with private facilities. For us it was just a place to sleep as we were exploring Auckland. Staff friendly and helpful. Good location in CBD of Auckland.

We arrived about 7 in the morning and asked if we could leave bags there. Can't check in til 3pm. The receptionist was amazing he checked to see if room was ready and allowed us to take our bags to the room, freshen up after 27 hrs flight and even gave us recommendations for breakfast. We will definitely stay here again when visiting our family. Well done everyone for your excellent service.

Good clean functional accommodation! Lots amenities within walking distance! Extremely friendly and helpful staff (Navya). Arrived and found the was an issue with my booking, Navya was very helpful bu upgrading my room. I also needed an extra night which was organised without any problem. There is limited parking hence the four stars, otherwise it’s a five!!

Great stay, everything was good. Except when the elevator stopped working and we got stuck inside for 30 mins. On board phone did not work when we tried calling for help. Had to ring from personal phones, and was eventually rescued by local firefighter service. So other than it was great.
