The Space:
Ti Cottage is a renovated three-bedroom home with a separate children’s sleepout in Oneroa. The property accommodates up to eight guests in total, with a maximum of six adults.
The main house has an open-plan kitchen, dining and living area with polished timber floors. The living and dining spaces connect to the front and rear decks, providing indoor and outdoor areas for meals and group stays.
The renovated kitchen has appliances, bench space and direct access to the rear outdoor dining area.
Sliding doors open from the main house to the fully fenced back garden. The outdoor area includes a flat lawn, trampoline and space for children to play.
There are three bedrooms inside the main house. Bedrooms one and two each have a queen bed. Bedroom three can be arranged with a queen bed or two single beds when requested in advance.
The main bathroom has a shower, vanity and toilet. An additional toilet is located in the laundry.
The separate sleepout is accessed externally and is suitable for children only.
The property has front and rear decks, a fenced backyard and off-street parking.

The Neighborhood:
Ti Cottage is located on a residential street approximately five minutes on foot from Oneroa Village.
The village has cafés, restaurants, bakeries, wine bars, galleries, shops and a Four Square supermarket. Dining options include Wai Kitchen, Double Shot, Island Coffee, Fenice, The Local, Vino Vino, Solar Eating House, The Oyster Inn and Akito.
Oneroa Beach and Little Oneroa Beach are approximately 10–12 minutes away on foot. Little Oneroa has a playground, picnic areas and a pizza caravan.
Nearby vineyards and hospitality venues include Cable Bay, Mudbrick, The Heke, Waiheke Distilling Co., Tantalus Estate, Te Motu, Stonyridge Vineyard and Wild Estate.
Getting Around:
Oneroa Village is approximately a five-minute walk from the property.
The Matiatia passenger ferry terminal is approximately 20–25 minutes away on foot or around three to five minutes by taxi or bus.
Regular buses operate from Oneroa Village, with connections to Onetangi, Palm Beach, Ostend, Surfdale, Rocky Bay and the Matiatia ferry terminal.
Taxi and ride services operate on the island, although availability may be limited during peak periods. Advance booking is recommended.
Off-street parking is available for guests travelling with a vehicle.

The property operates on rainwater tanks. Guests are asked to use water carefully, particularly during dry periods.
