Guests have access to this entire unit property and private garden / patio as well as a dedicated off street car park. Please be considerate with noise at all times; we have neighbours who are elderly or have small children. The whole site is non smoking/non-vaping thank you = )

The unit is 1min walk from a shopping precinct including: supermarket (Countdown), dairy, hairdresser, mechanic, laundromat, takeaway outlets, and gym and restaurants.
2min walk from bus routes to both the airport and city CBD. 2min drive from motorway on ramp to airport which takes between 15 - 20min.
There are chickens and a Huntaway dog in the main garden belonging to the villa above the unit. They're all friendly and likely to poke their noses at some stage through the picket fence to say hello.
