The Space:

Inside, the home is filled with colour, personality, and thoughtfully curated local art and sculpture. The designer kitchen makes cooking a pleasure, and a dedicated workspace means you can stay connected if you need to.



The home offers two well-appointed bedrooms, each with high-quality linens. The master suite features a walk-in wardrobe, ensuite, and a private deck complete with spa. A second bathroom services the additional bedroom, and a full laundry is available for guest use.



Conveniently positioned between Little Oneroa and Palm Beach, both only a short three-minute drive away. Matiatia Bay ferry terminal and Kennedy Point vehicle ferry are just five minutes from the house.



Set on an elevated site and tucked behind native bush, the property is surrounded by newly established gardens and includes a private parking bay with well-lit, auto-sensor exterior lighting.
