It's also perfect for international travellers who want a quiet stop before either starting their tour or finishing. Only 250 metres away is tranquil Clarks Beach - enjoy the sunrises, breath-stopping sunsets, birds, boats, and the occasional other walker.

The fully equipped apartment adjoins a two-storey home with quiet residents. There's no transfer of noise - sound-proofing is excellent and also a firewall between the two parts of the building.

The room with the queen bed has an ensuite. The bigger bedroom, with two king single beds, can access the bathroom and separate toilet from the hall.

Great modern house

Four of us stayed in house for only one night. It did exactly what we wanted being outside Auckland City but only 1 hour from Half Moon Bay to catch the car ferry to Waiheke Island the following day. It is a few kms from the beach at Clarks Beach so dont expect sea views.
