The Space:

Chardy Ridge by Stay Waiheke is designed around space, sunlight, and effortless indoor–outdoor living. The main house captures sweeping views across the coastline and vineyards, with warm interiors, clean lines, and large windows that frame the outlook in every direction.



The open-plan kitchen, dining, and living area flows directly to the outdoor terraces and pool. The living spaces are bright and calm, with generous seating and floor-to-ceiling glass that keeps the views front and centre. The kitchen is fully equipped for group cooking, whether you're preparing simple meals or sharing long dinners that move naturally outdoors.



The pool area is the heart of the home, sun loungers, a private spa, and a sauna create a relaxed zone for swimming, resting, and spending easy afternoons together. A covered BBQ area sits nearby for outdoor dining in any weather.



Three bedrooms in the main house each have king or super-king beds and their own ensuites, giving families or couples privacy and comfort. Two additional self-contained guest suites sit adjacent to the home, each with their own ensuite bathrooms, making the layout ideal for extended groups who want connection as well as quiet, private spaces.

Chardy Ridge sits in one of Waiheke’s most sought-after locations above Onetangi, close to beaches, vineyards, cafés, and walking tracks.



For breakfast or coffee, Charlie Farley’s or Beach Store Waiheke are close to Onetangi Beach. For lunch, Casita Miro offers Mediterranean-style shared plates, and Three Seven Two is a relaxed beachfront option. Dinner choices range from the refined Ki Māha on Onetangi Beach to the casual energy of Three Seven Two.



Wineries nearby include Tantalus Estate, Stonyridge, Te Motu, and Wild on Waiheke, all known for long lunches, tastings, and vineyard afternoons. For something more casual and family-friendly, The Heke offers wood-fired dishes, local beer, and a lively garden bar.

Once you’re here, most of the island’s highlights are close by, beaches, vineyards, markets, and walking trails, so exploring at your own pace is easy.
