"Great location to train station "

"Hotel is high quality construction, great location. Breakfast buffet was high quality with lots of volume and choices of high quality foods, lots of staff for attention to beverages and questions. Some elevator problems through the three nights we stayed there. Most reception staff were knowledgable, one was not. Lots of little steps in the walking route that are not as clear as you might wish, so some near misses of tripping hazard."

"Terrible human beings. I made a reservation months ago, then was diagnosed with cancer. I asked for a refund and they asked for medical proof. I sent in sensitive documents and then they still stalled and delayed and I never stayed. Have some compassion. Will never reserve here. Every other hotel I had was kind enough to understand. Not you all. Shame on you."

"Hotel was nice and clean. Had a street view room which was noisy at night with vehicles honking throughout the night. Overall good hotel but don’t get a room facing the street "

"This is the worst hotel I ever stay. Basically there was nothing in the room besides bed. Bathroom was always smelly. The whole room looks very run down. pictures they displayed do not reflect the real room."

"This was the perfect location to walk everywhere in Napoli. The proprietor is an absolute gem. He is kind, patient and gracious. He even carried our luggage to the taxi. We did learn that 65 steps is to the 2nd floor😃 There is no lift/elevator so you will be carrying your luggage up stairs. The treat is when you get there this 1670’s building is fantastic! We were not disappointed at all. "

"Breakfast was a selection of sweet pastries, delivered the night before and not particularly healthy. We arrived late and there were no options for evening dining nearby. We should have ate before we checked in. The lady who checked us in was a stand-in, who spoke no English, but we managed and she was polite. My translator App was useful."

"Staff was very helpful. Parking was easy, gotel was very easy to find. Room was large enough and very clean with plenty of towels. Airport is near by. La Lasagna restsurant is walking distance and very good with fresh pasta, pizza, and great wine."
